1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return.
To qualify, the item must be in the same condition as when it arrived. It should be unused, unwashed, and placed back in its original packaging with all tags attached. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase so that we can process your request promptly.

Items that are sent back without prior approval cannot be accepted.
2. How Returns Are Processed
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide a return shipping label when applicable. You will also receive instructions on where to send the item and any additional details that might be relevant for that specific product.
If the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item, Stravion Ltd will cover the return shipping costs. For 'change of mind' returns under the 14-day cooling-off period, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Some steps may vary slightly depending on the type of item or the warehouse handling it. Our goal is always to keep the process as simple and predictable as possible.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
We encourage you to check your order as soon as it arrives. If the item is damaged during shipping, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately at support@stravion.com.
Early notice helps us resolve the situation quickly and ensures that you receive the correct item or a suitable solution.
4. Items That Cannot Be Returned
Certain products are not eligible for returns for safety or hygiene reasons. These include perishable goods, personalized items, personal care products, and hazardous materials including flammable liquids or gases.
We are also unable to accept returns for items marked as final sale or for gift cards.

5. Exchanges
If you would like a different version of the product, the easiest approach is to request a return first and then place a new order once the return has been approved. This method ensures that the item you want is available and shipped without delay.
6. European Union Returns
In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers in the UK and EU have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of delivery for any reason. In such cases, we will refund the full purchase price plus the cost of standard delivery.
7. Refunds
After your returned item reaches our facility, it will be inspected. You will be notified once the review is complete. If the refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within up to 10 business days.
Banks and payment providers may require extra time to finalize the transaction. This is normal and outside our control.
If 15 business days pass after approval and you still have not received the refund, please contact us at support@stravion.com so we can assist further.
