At Stravion, we want every order to arrive safely and without stress. The details below explain how shipping works, how orders are handled and what you can expect once your purchase is complete. Our goal is to keep everything clear, reliable and easy to follow.


Shipping Availability

We offer international shipping to many regions, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union and additional countries worldwide. The exact availability for your location will be shown during checkout.


Shipping Times

Shipping times depend on your location and the carrier handling the delivery. Most international orders are delivered within 7–21 business days. In some cases, transit times may vary due to customs procedures, weather conditions, or carrier capacity.

If your order has not arrived within 45 days of shipment, it qualifies for a full investigation or a refund. If your order appears delayed, you are welcome to contact us at support@stravion.com so we can assist you.


Shipping Costs

All shipping costs are calculated at checkout. The total amount depends on the size and weight of your order and the region where it will be delivered. You will always see the final cost before completing your purchase.


Order Tracking

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking allows you to monitor the movement of your order throughout the delivery process. If your order contains more than one item, you may receive multiple tracking numbers.


International Orders and Duties

For international orders, some countries may require the payment of customs duties, import taxes or handling fees. These additional charges are not included in the product or shipping cost and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

VAT in the European Union and other regions is collected by local customs authorities. If you would like more information about possible import charges, we recommend contacting your local customs office.


Delays

Although we work with reliable carriers, certain events can occasionally cause delays. These may include customs inspections, weather conditions, local postal volume or other circumstances outside our control. If your order is delayed, we will do our best to assist you and provide updated information.


Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Once the order has been processed or shipped, changes may no longer be possible. Our customer support team will be happy to help you explore available options.


Package Size and Weight

While we do not enforce strict size or weight limits for orders, certain items may require special handling or specific carriers depending on your region. In rare cases, we may limit the shipment of oversized packages if no appropriate shipping method is available.


Separate Shipments

Your order may arrive in multiple packages if items are stored in different locations or require different handling methods. When this happens, each package will have its own tracking information. Receiving items separately is normal and does not affect the status of your order.


Shipping Protection (Priority Resolution Service)

Customers may choose to add Shipping Protection during checkout. This is an optional service provided by Stravion Ltd to ensure a premium support experience.

While Stravion Ltd remains responsible for your delivery under consumer law, Shipping Protection offers:

  • Priority Claim Processing: Skip the standard 14-30 day carrier investigation period. We will process a reshipment or refund within 2 business days of reported loss.

  • Simplified Verification: In cases of damage or loss, we require minimal documentation (no need for official police reports or lengthy carrier affidavits).

  • Dedicated Support: Access to a priority communication channel for delivery-related issues.

Note: This service is an add-on for expedited resolution and does not limit your statutory rights regarding faulty or non-delivered goods.
